Cultural Center has designed as competition project. The building was to locate in one of the district of Warsaw. Building design consists of theater, arts exibition, auditorium, and lecture rooms. Outside wall was design as concrete. Perforated copper sheets used as jalousie. The design made plans: natural ventilation, passive energy absorption.
